Daytime Hero is a habit-building game designed for children and parents, transforming everyday routines into playful challenges and shared experiences. The modular game system is built around activity categories connected to different areas of daily life, allowing families to combine tasks freely from day to day. Completed activities earn achievement stars that can later be exchanged for predefined rewards. Based on the client’s initial concept and game mechanics, I developed the name Daytime Hero and collaborated on defining the core structural elements. I then designed the complete visual world of the game, including the branding, color schemes, packaging, interface elements, and custom iconography. The visual direction takes inspiration from the universe of superheroes, adapted into a softer and more approachable aesthetic. The goal was to create a relatable and distinctive game experience that feels equally engaging for both boys and girls. The design focuses on clarity, fast recognition, and playful motivation through expressive icons for different tasks and dedicated color coding for each category. The final result is a cohesive and flexible visual framework designed to encourage positive habits through shared family interaction.
