What makes a good design
Good design is not only about aesthetics, but also clarity, functionality, and adaptability. Whether it’s a complex brand identity or a smaller graphic task, it’s essential that visual solutions are grounded in a strong concept. The most effective approach doesn’t simply follow trends, but responds to real needs, connecting naturally to a brand’s character, objectives, and audience – good design should feel relevant years later.
What kinds of projects appeal to me most
I am particularly drawn to projects where I can build the full visual world of a new brand or concept through distinctive and impactful solutions. I also enjoy the challenge of rethinking, refining, or adapting existing brand identities to new contexts and applications.
What matters to me in collaboration
Clear communication, mutual trust, and alignment on the creative direction are essential to me. I am comfortable working independently, but I am especially inspired by environments with high professional standards, where both individual and team workflows are well-structured. I aim to develop a deep understanding of a partner’s needs, define goals together, and ensure that throughout the process everyone understands the reasoning behind decisions and each step of implementation.
What I bring to a team
While my brainstorming phase can sometimes be a bit chaotic, I always transform ideas into a precise, polished outcome. During execution, I gravitate toward clear, systematic ways of working, and I like to contribute to organizing complex projects into manageable workflows. I also leave room for intuition and experimentation within the creative process. I appreciate productive discussion and constructive feedback in a team setting. Beyond my core responsibilities, I value being involved in related decision-making and problem-solving. I thrive in environments where a strong sense of quality is paired with a supportive, positive atmosphere and continuous learning.
Where I am now and what comes next
More recently, I worked on building my own business and webshop, handling areas such as product development, brand building, communication, and photography. Working independently made me more aware of how closely creative decisions connect to practical and business considerations. I am now looking to join a team again, where I can apply my skills in a long-term collaboration and continue growing in an inspiring creative environment.
What I do outside of work
I usually unwind with family and friends, hiking in nature, or through photography, books, and board games. As an ongoing side project, I am also trying to grow a small urban jungle on my Budapest balcony.
